Provide feature to add Hours/Days as part of Task

Provide feature to add Hours/Days as part of Task. And allow to use the information in Charts, Exporting to Excel. I am hold up with full fledged implementation due to the shortcomings of Task Duration in a Task.

    We need the ability to add Start Time in Hours: mins or, specifically, when a Task is Due with a specific Date ( MM/DD/YYY) + HH:Mins w/ (optional Time picker).
    My team shares the caseload to conduct training classes throughout the day as part of a larger Project, having the ability to specifically assign a Task ( training class) to start on a specific day at a specific time, is essential.
