Allow other users to view 'My Tasks' so managers can have an idea of workload for individuals
Allowing access to the 'My Tasks' for those in the organisation so that a manager can view all of the workload of their team and how they can manage the incoming workload for a balanced team.

I think Planner has a lot of benefits for us as an organization, but this feature would really seal the deal. While not applicable to every situation, we have developers and designers who very much work on a production schedule.
If managers could see on a day to day what an individual's "list" looked like, then managers would be able to shift things out and notify project managers of the crunch on the timeline.
If we could get a little more granular, and say set an employee in a department's "workable hours" in the run of a day, and also tag different tasks with the amount of hours being allocated to complete them, then we could see if an employee was redlining and getting overwhelmed and take appropriate steps.
Yes! We need to see other people's workloads and what has been assigned!
Yes, I use Planner to assign tasks to people, but I have no way of looking at how much work I've assigned them or when it's due without going into each plan separately. Need simple reporting features.
