Add task in the same plan that are private, especially if you are the administrator.
Add a particular task that is private to the other members of the plan.

This is a fantastic idea
For example as a Project Manager you may assign a task to an analyst
The Analyst then decides that the Headline task is sufficient for the project but they have to break that down into multiple tasks / subtasks etc...
So the Administrator can see the single tasks (Head line) but the engineer stats to maintain their own tasks with the project
it may well be the Analyst creates a new bucket for this task and then add's al the tasks into the bucket
Or Better still we convert a task to a bucket
I think the product manager for planner is doing a REALLY BAD job
The most basic of features are not in there and the fact we have to suggest means they really need a new PRODUCT MANAGER
This is not being derogative - jjust an observation that a decent project manager would know what he needs, but also to Keep It SIMPLE
We do NOT want MS PROJECT :)
I hope that explains a little that you can understand
I would add that a private task can only be seen by the admin/creator/assignee. I am working on an annual plan for our company with many different tasks. Some of which are related to employee relations and specific employees. Like creating a performance plan for a staff member. I want to assign that staff member that task, but don't want other to see it. It would be nice to have a private toggle that only allowed the creator and the assigned person see the task in the plan.
