    For serious companies working on project planning is there a link to Microsoft Project where tasks can be created and deleted only by user with permission within Project and and the activities assigned to team members in Project are visible in Teams or Planner and progress reporting done using the tasks @ planner app ?

    In addition the Owner of a Plan should be able to see all task across all plans under MyTask even if teh owner is not assigned that task

    Permissions would send this tool a huge leap forward. At the very least I'd expect to be able to define 'view only' 'member' and 'admin' style permissions. However more granular permissions would also be hugely appreciated such as bucket level or even task level permissions.

    1) different users, different permissions: admin / create / delete / edit etc.
    2) due date: time is also important
    3) reminders: it would be very useful to set reminders for your tasks
