Allow Tasks to be moved between Plans/Boards.
Currently you can only move Tasks to different Buckets within a Plan/Board. It would be very useful to be able to also copy or move them to different Plans/Boards that you are a member of.
Thank you for the feedback! We have added this feature to our roadmap and are currently figuring out how to create the best experience around this. As we work on this, we’d love to hear more about your specific scenarios for moving tasks between plans, and what information from a task you would like to move over.

We have also noted that some comments are interested in the same functionality for moving buckets between plans – we will keep this in mind and address this after we complete copying a task between plans.

My usage would be the following:
I've created a Flow whereby mails with specific subjects automatically create cards on a private (to me) plan.
After vetting the card as a valid request, I would then like to copy/move that card to a different plan/group so that it is then part of the "official" work in progress.

The use case for us would be that one plan could be open to a group of customers in terms of requests, these would then be triaged and pulled in to a plan that only those involved with execution of the task would have access to.
Please add this feature as quickly as possible.
Plus - PLEASE implement this feature so it is possible to drag-and-drop task(s) to another board.

Very frustrated on this. Have multiple tasks with the same checklist needed, and it is very important to be able to simply copy one from a template.

This is a common feature of Trello, and one that we leverage in Trello all the time. We are considering moving to Office365 for our task planning, and would love to see this functionality soon!
I vote for this feature and hope you will give it a high priority.

This would be a very useful feature. It is currently a roadblock for using Planner in my team. We would have use of moving both tasks and buckets between plans.
I would be happy if the implementation was pretty simple - drag a task onto another plan and it appears at the top of the far left bucket in that plan. From there the user can move it where they want.
Same idea with moving buckets - drag onto another plan and the bucket appears as first on the left side of bucket list in that plan.
This is a much needed feature. Please keep us up to date regarding timeline for implementation. Many thanks.

This is mush-have functionality. Our organisation has fairly frequent restructures, and we need to be able to restructure plans according to teams as they change.
Can I also vote for this feature, please?
I've been a Trello user for a while, now I'm being forced to use 365 and am so far totally frustrated with the lack of functionality. Sorry (not sorry)
