Add new progress descriptions
The progress descriptions are too simple. You should be able to create new ones, like planning, design, testing etc.

This should already be a feature, but you should be able to change the names of, rearrange, and add other progress descriptions. I love having one that says "on hold" or something to give me more buckets to filter large amounts of tasks by.

The face is a living thing. It should be handled with care, like touching a plant leaf or a puppy. http://xn--o80b910a26eepc81il5g.vom77.com

Increase the amount of the "progress" labels too!
in my case we need something like:
"Started" - "In progress" - "Pending Review" - "Reviewed" - "Completed" -

Same as labels - progress should be configurable. You would think an organisation the size of microsoft would have the wherewithal to do that.
