Reports to see employee tasks pending across plans or boards.
I have 10 plans with 5 employees who overlap across plans. I want to see who is having trouble with which plan and not just checking who has trouble in a single plan.

Our management teams meets Monday morning and reviews all active projects (plans) for status and next steps for the week. We don't want to have to enter into each plan to see the details. We want to see all tasks for the next week across all plans. The current Charts are great at the plan level...they'd be even better across all (or selected) plans.
Ultimately we want the same functionality as "My Tasks" for the individual but for the team.
Being a PM and having multiple projects across multiple products, I feel this is a critical key component Planner is missing. The ability to Group all plans and run a report or select plans regarding a certain product or individual plan with be a home run feature. Currently I have to use 1 plan and have a bucket for each project to have a work around and get stats for each project or collectively. Unfortunately, I can not setup individual due dates, comments assignee etc. to sub tasks and lose some key features that caused my team to switch from another product.

Agree - the issue we have is managing workload across a unit comprising 5 teams. Each team has a plan, but we need to have a roll up view of task load across the unit.
I agree I would love to be able to see the "task list" for each individual employee across all plans.
