Get your Technical Support staff trained up before releasing.
I'm an Office 365 ProPlus user, it was explained to me from the first technical support staff that I talked to that you are having issues with the roll-out but there is a work around.
I was transferred 4 times because NO ONE knew what planner was, I even had one technical support staff member tell me she didn't know what Office 365 ProPlus was.
Needless to say I gave up trying to install your product because I'm not in the mood to be passed around from support staff to support staff because they haven't been trained properly.
