Notwithstanding, numerous understudies neglect to do this paying little mind to how diligently they attempt. The best activity while encountering issues with your article is to request help from an expert exposition writing administration UK.

As our organization have a lot of sensitive information in Planner tasks an anonymous link is not acceptable. We have actually disabled the feature as anyone with access to the link can access the tasks. Maybe something like this if not a better integration is on its way?

I am not sure, but may this question has been asked before as well. That is their any possibility to have Gaint chart for the planner. or MS Planner is integrated with MS Project.

It is completely idiotic that we have to publish a calendar feed in order to integrate a Microsoft product with another Microsoft product. Projects are confidential in almost every company. How can publishing a public feed of that information (yeah, the links are quite long and complicated, but someone could see the information if they tried really hard) be the way you choose to go?
Just have Planner and Outlook talk to each other like other Microsoft products.

This is great, or at least it would be if I could see other calendars at the same time. I can't schedule things in a vacuum!
You need to flip the calendar on its head like Google. A calendar 'app', where I can do everything I want at once. If I want to view my plans all at once, my different subscribed calendars, or send my available time to people just like Sunrise.am (which you bought out but then didn't implement as functional as it was). I'd love to make the planner part an interactive Gantt chart that I can adjust in time and have those task shuffled and rearranged.
The concept of time is so fundamental pivotal to the way we all work, it's about 'time' you got that front and center in a fluid idiot proof way :)
thanks for your time

This is not what, at least I, asked for. Adding another calendar doesn't help. It should be INTEGRATED with any calendar I choose. I would then be able to move the appt into open slots where I can work on the task without someone booking my time.

One more think, still missing, on the planning a way, as color to distingate different attributed person.

In a way, this feature is fulfilled or completed.
Yet, the Calendar Data only live in the created Planner. Solely in the specific Planner alone. Why isn't the Calendar data be easily ported/sync with Calendars that was created in Group? Users would like to see all or selected all joined Group Calendars at once - to easily understand, follow, digest and plan with multiple Teams/Groups. -

Please don't delete tasks from your tasks iCal or the Board schedule when they are complete. I want to be able to see what tasks I accomplished and want my manager to see what I was working on that week.

I love the new tie-in to To-Do, including the checklists! (This was a must for me!) Is it possible to include the name of the task's Bucket in the details that show in To-Do? Long story short, the most effective means I've found to stay organized with Planner + OneNote is to have one "Plan" for a calendar year's events (I plan wedding receptions) and each event for that year has a Bucket in Planner and a Section in OneNote. The tasks from Planner show up nicely in To-Do, but only show the Plan (2019) and not the bucket the task is in (Jack & Jill's Wedding). Can this tag be included in the integration? Thank you!

An O365 Group is created with a plan. Why is the group calendar not used? When I saw the option "Add plan to Outlook calendar" I assumed that meant automatically sync plan with group calendar, not just add yet another calendar to my Outlook calendar view.

Just to note, planner and teams is trying to be pushed onto my organisation (of 350k + people) And I can tell you now that the Gantt issue, or lack of, is the one thing that's stopping people from using it.

Hi,
Where is the Gantt view. I'm considering pushing my small team onto planner, but if it doesn't exist I would honestly rather use excel, because it's too cluttered. -

This "integration" has never worked properly. Once you've published the web calendar and opened it in Outlook, one-way updates only occur rarely, and in some instances not at all. But there is a workaround that at least makes it minimally functional. Please note, this only works for local instances of Outlook, not the online (OWA) version:
- Publish the project calendar in Planner, but do not click "Add to Outlook"
- Copy the iCal link provided
- Open desktop version of Outlook
- Go to: File / Account Settings / Account Settings
- Open tab "Internet Calendars"
- Click "New..."
- Paste the iCal link from your project, and click "Add"
- Now double-click the calendar you just added (or select, and click "Change...")
- Rename the folder to something more friendly in the field "Folder Name"
- Uncheck the checkbox under "Update Limit"
- Click OK
- Click "Close" to close out the settings MDINow, instead of updating at odd, seemingly random intervals, you can add the calendar to a Send/Receive group (or just the default group) and set any interval you please. You can also include the group in the F9 Send/Receive updates to force an update whenever you like.
This is a ridiculous work-around, and it shouldn't be necessary, but at least it lets you see current Planner scheduled items in Outlook (and in overlapping calendars, no less!). I don't hold out hope that we'll see this rumored Outlook plugin any time soon, and those plugins are always a gigantic stability nightmare in any case. It would have been far better if they'd gone with direct integration through Exchange, but I guess that's just not in the cards.
Hope this helps someone,

Although Planner tasks appear in Outlook online, they are not appearing on the Outlook for Mac calendar? Is this an oversight, user error or unsupported feature?

It would be great if Planner task checklist appeared in the Outlook calendar entry.
And it would be great if there was a two-way sync!
I think I could then fully evolve away from using tasks in outlook then.
I could then see my Planner-linked tasks each day in calendar and on IOS calendar as well as in Planner and/or Teams.
