How can we make Planner better?

Increase Checklist limit.

A significant increase in the checklist limit is required (currently only 20)

    A few hours ago I made the decision to choose Planner rather than Trello in order to have a better integration with Teams have a seamless experience. Now I'm getting stuck with this 20 elements limits into a checklist I'm in a deal breaker situation and have to choose Trello over Planner.
    That's a shame because I realize that this design change request is open for more that 3 years and the product still gets this very restrictive limitation.

    Microsoft Planner Product Team, would you please consider this change request or at least make a statement whether it's going to be improved or not ?

    Please, this would be great. Or even Multiple Checklists similar to what Trello does will help.

    It's asinine that there's even a limit period. How is this not a simple fix?!?! DO IT ALREADY.

    Holy moly. 20? That's it? But I need 21 this time... Ugh. I'm sure I can just remember that one that won't fit in the limit. ;-) Wait. No I won't.

    This seems like a very easy change. I'm not sure why this isn't fixed yet. My company needs to use Trello because of this restriction.

    I know. I use O 365 to manage 150 properties. I wanted one item that showed if the 2019 rates were updated after receiving the info from the vacation home owners. But nope. I had to drop back and create it in a Sharepoint site. Boo.

    Was not expecting such a low limit to number of checklist items. Now I have to figure out a work around until this is resolved.

    This shouldn't be limited. Period. Classic application design by developers who have never actually used the product.
