Not sure why 20 was ever the suggested/finalised amount. Some tasks or lists have more than 20 items/steps. Please fix!

I can't beleive this limit even exists. It has no sense at all.
First, it's very easy to have a check list longer than 20 items.
Second, what's the point on limiting a one to many relationship?? -

This is a no brainer increase checklist limit.

Based on all of the requests to remove arbitrary limitations for this feature and others, it would seem that Microsoft does not look at these forums, and it they do they mustn't care.
I guess it's time to move on to Linux where the community still matters. -

Hi Microsoft,
Could we get an enhance version of Teams Planner? With unlimited checklist (current maximum 20 only- which is insufficient for us. And sortable ordering of the checklist, drag and drop ordering.

Yes please! Multiple checklists with up to 100 items per checklist.

Need more than 20 so you don't have to enter multiple Tasks just to accommodate the checklist limitation.

I can't really understand why there is a limit at all. Why should I not be able to put 100+ items in my list if feel that I need that?
The only reason I could think of is that Microsoft consider Planner as a light version of MS Project and we should move to Project in order to get a full planning experience.
