Printing Capability - company and individual. Ideally would have the ability to print out the entire planner board so that everyone at the company can see the entire project list and have a transparent way for everyone to track performance. Similarly would be ideal to allow individual users print out their tasks.

there are 70+ topics on printing, and more than 1800 votes in the 70 topics (not counting the 1900+ in this topic), why is this not on the roadmap???
seems that there is the possibilty to export to OneNote or Excel by right click with the mouse.
The result needs a lot of rework to the appearance of the then provided document.
An opportunity for printing would urgently be needed - with choice to only print certain buckets, to print all buckets, to print open topics headlines only, to print open topics including all comments ... ... otherwise, like already stated below - this tool cant be properly used as a lot of circumstances need to have it printed as pdf or simply as a hand out the team or boss.
Can't even find this in the roadmap? We will need to use alternative options if we can't print.
Please, add a print option. It's a key feature.
Want to use it for our company, but unwilling to do so until I can print out tasks, buckets, plan lists... Visually and as a review, it helps for editing and other nuances that can be missed. Printing helps when reviewing lists in meetings while others follow along. I cannot ask our team to look at their phones or bring their computers to view the list every time. It's awkward, embarrassing, and oh soooo 1980's. This issue is truly archaic and mind stumping...
I will not allow our employees in the field to download the app and move forward until PRINT is an option...
Looking outside of Microsoft for options...

The ability to print / export planner is key, see also https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/15373779-provide-an-option-for-a-printable-version-of-ms-pl which covers the same topic.
Please come up with a print option. My boss still likes to see paper reports.
I also cannot believe this is not on top of the list. Printing must be an option
In ouer company many people need this!!
I cannot believe this is not on top of the list. Printing must be an option.
Still need to print
I am choosing between Trello, Planner, ToDoist, others. I have a monday morning team meeting and want to hand out a list of tasks. If I can never print this, I will not use planner. PLEASE PLEASE make a simple choice to print an expanded list of buckets and tasks.
Someone please pint this out (IF YOU CAN) and tape it on the break room fridge in big letters - PLANNER PRINT OPTIONS: print tasks! Print Board! Print Charts!
From what I read below this has been in this forum for 3 years?!!! I know the world is trying to save some trees but when the boss asks me to print this out, and I can't, I don't look very smart to my boss, which makes me want to use something else. Please let us print. Screen dumping is not an option.
My manager asks me to print the plan so she can take it into a meeting. I can't.
I have to zoom out, screen shot, print and hand her a poor quality print of the plan.
Please give me a print option.
Would be great to print schedules and progress as reports
There are 69 ideas that show in the search results related to printing from Planner. Planner Team, please look at that combined vote tally. It may be the highest on this feedback forum. A major improvement would be the capability to print all components of planner: tasks, calendars, checklists, assignments, etc. Planner is a slick app, but it's difficult to prove its worth when users can't report out in printed material (or other formats: PDF, Excel, Word, HTML, etc.).

Agreed this would improve functionality
3 YEARS AND NO PROGRESS
Where is this feature on your Planner backlog for development? I don't see this on the Planner roadmap at all https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-365/roadmap?rtc=2&filters=Planner
Can you please advise?
Allow printing in Planner or tell users why your not going to do it.
