An option to choose the first day of the week in all calendars
When switching between my Outlook calendar and the calendars used to assign the start date and due date, I was momentarily confused because the calendar alignment was not the same. It would be nice if there was an option to choose the first day of the week.

I agree! Please Planner Team do it.

Yes, in my country, Spain as in a lot of countries around the world, the week begins on Monday not Sunday. So this is very confusing when planning. It leads to make a lot of mistakes.

In europe the weeks start on mondays, but that's different in other parts of the world.
Therefore, it would be great if the first day of the week could be configured (e.g. in the settings of the account of the user) and would be recognized by the date picker-control in Planner -

Seems common sense to have the start day as Monday if you can't set this manually. good to see MS have done nothing on this in over 2 years

That is a basic function. How many countries in the world start to work on Sundays? In Outlook mail you select it under File/Options/Calender. But in Planner that is a new tool compared to Outlook, there is not such a choice. This is what I see as a mandatory function in a program that use a calender for planning.

Definitely agree. Alignment should be made since it's only possible to set the "first day of week" in outlook.
