One global Calendar for all "Tasks" from all "Plans"
Getting all scheduled tasks/dates to show up on one global calendar feed is essential. Right now Planner creates a separate "Calendar" (which does not display any of the created tasks - its just an empty calendar - must be a glitch) there is a limitation to overlay 10 calendars total to your main calendar. Ideal approach would be to have a "Tasks" calendar that would feed all "Plans" from all "tasks" to one calendar with active link to that task in planner abbreviation or listing of "Plan" name. This would allow team leader to print a weekly calendar showing all tasks due for that week.

+1 Essential for any task/project/workflow mgmt tool.

We have multiple plans with difference tasks and assigned to difference users. A global view is badly of Plans and outstanding tasks is badly needed.

I agree. This tool is inefficient without a global view of all projects aggregated into on one calendar.

This and countless other suggestions on UserVoice would could be implemented by simply including "Plan" in the filters. If filtering was added to the planner hub level and you could filter by Plan in addition to the other existing filter features, pulling up the calendar view would achieve this suggestion. Filter by plan and a name would let you track resources (people) across plans. It would allow for global cross-plan reporting and resource tracking.

Yes for this, would be really useful.

The lack of a global calendar makes this entire tool less functional. I don't want to open each Plan to get a look to see what's happening.

We have multiple plans with same person across many plans. there is no way as a manager we can use planner to view the workload for each staff member. Need access to My Tasks views for each of my staff.

this request is certainly connected to similar thought expressed in this idea - getting a consolidated view of tasks pooling from multiple plans: https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/15608670-view-all-tasks-assigned-to-a-single-person

This is necessary for managers to be able to see the workload of their team and where they can fit new projects with tight timelines in. I work in an industry that is very fast paced, and being able to shuffle schedules is imperative; however, our ability to do this is limited by the information that we have at our disposal. We would love to use planner more, but with out over arching views for management it becomes cumbersome for them to then take all the dates out of planner and then put them on to another calendar manually. Having the ability to export to a single calendar is really a giant oversight IMHO.

A global calendar, allowing to see all tasks from all plans in calendar view is a must indeed.

Couldn't agree more. This would be massively powerful.

If you want Planner to become an alternative for other products/platforms than you need to be able to have a 'global' view (see where multiple projects are all at once).
This is needed to identify resources for a week/month and discover bottlenecks that need to be addressed.
A Multi-Plan view is essential to making this really effective. -

Either a planner 'dashboard' where I can see my tasks for all different plans, or a delve planner that combines my tasks, or a 'my plan' which integrates my tasks across all plans would be great!

This is essential when it comes to resourcing and prioritizing across multiple projects.

It seems this is still not implemented but would be very helpful

My team is looking at this as a possible replacement for another platform. What makes the other platform so great is the ability to see where multiple projects are all at once so we can identify resources for "this week's" tasks and see bottlenecks that need to be addressed. No team is ever working on one project at a time so a multi-Plan view is essential to making this really effective.

Either a calendar or the ability to sort by due date would be helpful. Thanks.
