Cannot post and save comments on Planner
I keep receiving the message "your comments are not posted. Please try again" (in Dutch). Please help!
Thank you Olu. Your information regarding being owner and member of the group, solved the problem for me.
Solution - This issue is definitely a ‘Groups’ thing. If a user is an Owner, they need to be in the Members group as well. Issue occurs with users who are Owners of a channel/group and not members of that channel/group.
Fix - Make sure user who is an Owner is also a Members group as well.

This is happening with my pilot group...if this keeps happening we may not be a pilot group for very long. Really frustrating when you type out a long comment only to have it lost when you try and save it. WTF Microsoft?!?!

Same problem - recurring error messages, lost data, need to log back in multiple times. Very disappointing.

I am having the same issue, I click "send" after entering a comment, it flashes up where it would normally go but then disappears. This occurs consistently with specific tasks, other tasks are fine.
We have a company wide issue identical to the anonymous description on August 21, 2017. This has rendered the software worthless for keeping projects and tasks up to date - severely reducing its worth to us.
I am receiving the same error.
I can add a new task (so can my team), I can add one comment however no more?
This is extremely frustrating Trello never had this issue.
I am now receiving this error. When I try to post comments on the Web version, it spins for a second and then the comment disappears completely. When attempting to post on the task in Teams, I receive the message that others have received below saying "We were not able to post your comment. Please try again." This is extremely frustrating, as we use this for updates on our projects."
