    My organization just rolled out Planner and I'm excited about its features but not having a way to import/export tasks from a WBS in Excel is a major issue which, in my opinion, limits greatly the usage and adoption of this application.
    Please add this feature to the development roadmap soon.

    Please implement this. Would be a huge incentive to move to this App for agile planning calls and reporting progress.

    I have the same problem and it would be great to have this. As a workaround if someone is interested. I am currently using a system called Wrike and I want to move all my tasks to Planner. There is a way to do this with Zapier and Microsoft Flow. Since Flow does not have Wrike connectors I use a trigger when a Wrike task is updated/created it is copied to a Trello board. And for that Trello board I have a Flow trigger that when a Trello card is created I create a Planner task for that card. This is not an ideal solution, but it is a way to get tasks from a system like Wrike, Asana or similiar automatically into Planner. But it would be great to have the Excel import way.

    Need to be able to import plans from another source - like excel, smartsheet, project, csv, etc.

    When you migrate users from excel based project management to planner, you would definitely let me import them what they have created in excel. Please implement this soon

    Wow Spent all this time setting up Planner only to see I can't import my 769 Wrike items. What a pain! I will never convince folks to use this.

    Please have a way to import excel tasks into Planner -- even if it's just one column with the description, that would be very helpful

    It currently takes too long to create a plan with a lot of tasks in the UI! Just add a spreadsheet style view we can enter tasks like Excel (allow copy/paste from Excel) and/or allow a direct import from Excel. The UI looks great but it's not helpful when you have a large list to input.

    This would be a great add on for Planner. I am really surprised that this is not possible yet.

    Without the ability to import tasks from Excel, I would never use this app. The ability to assign tasks isn't worth it.

    without bulk load, it's a BIG roadblock switching from current tool to Microsoft Planner

    Need to import tasks into planner but it seems impossible.... WHY ??????
