Ability to filter cards by people, labels and tags
Ability to filter the cards on a board by people, labels and tags to be able to view e.g. only the cards with a specific label or with a specific hashtag in the title

We’ve just released a Filter menu in Planner where you can filter tasks by due date, label, or assignee. You can also enter a keyword to search for a task by it’s title!
We value your suggestions and comments highly – thank you for contributing to this feature.
Let us know what you think!
To send us a message, open the Office Help menu (question mark icon in right corner of Planner or Office 365 menu) and select “Feedback”. Include the word “Planner” and it’ll make it’s way to us.

Also, be able to save filter combinations. The current situation of the filter setting being lost every time you navigate away is horrible. Also, filters that can have SQL like rules to show tasks based on specific criteria.
If you're from a Jira world, this sort of basic board functionality has been available for a decade! -

Please add filtering by plan to enable cross-plan reporting and resource tracking. Filtering is essential, thank you for adding the functionality to date. But must be able to filter by plan as well.

Hi
When you filter on multiple labels, the filter works like label1 OR label2 OR label3 …
But we would like to have the option to do this: label1 AND label2 AND label 3 …I guess this is not possible yet?
But can this option be added? -

Why does filtering by no label bring back nothing? Surely it should bring back all of my tasks that haven't been assigned any labels?!

Can we have a chart by label next to the one by bucket?

Hi, filtering by label there but not working as one would think.
If I have two tasks one labelled blue and orange and the other labelled blue and red if I filter on blue and red I get both tasks returned and not just the one labelled blue and red.Any way of getting around this?

Please complete this filtering enhancement for My Tasks across all plans.
I can apply label filter in only one plan at a time.
And for assignee across all plans would be good, but labels is the priority. -

Key Word Filtering:
When I try to filter for a key word, I'm only allowed to enter one letter at a time.
Ex: To filter for the word 'refusal' - I try to type the word but after the letter 'r', the filter automatically closes. I have to re-open the filter and enter the second letter 'e' and then the filter automatically closes again, and so on.

Ridiculous that the same filters cannot be applied to "My Tasks." What is the difference? Just put the same filters in all of the views.

I would like to be able to search / filter by words in the description field. That way I can add my own tags and codes.

Is the "filter" feature yet to be released for the android app? And as others have said, filtering by bucket is a very handy feature that is still missing.
