I would be very keen to see this implemented - although with a right click option rather than automatic

One Note offers so much, and planner has a lot of promise, having the full suite of office 365 tools working together is such a critical item to effectively managing teams, projects, and tasks. This integration would be particularly helpful.

Evernote and Trello achieve this via 'Taskclone'. This feature would make OneNote note taking and Planner for Task management work seamlessly. You currently have the ability within OneNote to create an Outlook Task. By adding the ability within OneNote to create Planner Cards - would round out a solid productivity suite. C'mon - get it done!

This would be amazing!! At my job, we use OneNote constantly! I am in meetings every day capturing action items, and we use the planner to keep track of those action items. It would be so nice to not have to do the double entry of tasks from OneNote to the planner. I can't tell you how many times I've lost track of these action items because I didn't log them in the planner.

Just being able to share tasks between the two would be awesome.
It certainly is a missing link to help teams use both as an integrated system

yes please - I also use one note for meeting minutes and would love to assign action points from the meetings as planner tasks rather than trawling through the minutes to create planner tasks.
We also use planner bucket to decide on points to discuss in the meeting so a reverse integration would be great too - to easily record that you have gone through each point and assigned actions and notes.

Beside integration from onenote to Planner being able to created tag /tasks there could be a floating menu with already opnened buckets or members so you cna select from there and just tryp the task. Also if certain milestones could appear on the calendar would be great

I would like to agree with the comments below - this would be transformational in terms of making planner work for me. I'm happy to be part of a Beta testing group.

Without this the planner is rendered useless. Please make this a high priority

This is a crucial element, particularly given that there is no mobile app for Planner currently. I currently take notes within the the iinked OneNote Notebook and it would be ideal to have any to do tags automatically create a Planner Task.

Yes, I love Planner and if I could get a pretty summary of my tasks I would love it even more. Right now it's too manual but I can see the potential.

Definitely need to be able to take meeting notes and have the tagged tasks in onenote show up as tasks on the Planner.
