My company routinely uses Confluence to manage meeting notes and the tasks assigned to users. so, until we have the ability to manage meeting notes in OneNote, and then easily generate ACTION TASKS for the meeting and have them as integrated TASKS on all of O365, we do not have a viable solution.
Would like to create a task from within OneNote during the meeting notes and then have it show up in the plan associated to that notebook .

Planner Tasks in OneNote would be great as we use OneNote a lot in Projects
Would be great to have To Do checkboxes from OneNote in Planner (separate from the Planner Checklist)

Used to be able to flag in OneNote and then have it show up in my To Do list on Outlook. This functionality is not available with OneNote Windows 10 version. Please add this functionality, it kept me from losing tasks from my meeting with my manager.

Integrating planner actions to OneNote will be useful as OneNote allows you to have historical info you need on particular planner card.
This would be a great feature. I am currently creating a page for project information in OneNote then have to manually go add a new task into planner.
It is very annoying to see a good capability of the old versions, i.e., being able to link OneNote tasks to outlook tasks is removed. Please put it back.
Our current "workaround" is placing links to OneNote-sections in the tasks of Planner, but it is hugely annoying because:
1) Back-and-forth between the two tools
2) Planner only allows weblinks (https://...) and not the onenote:https:// links, thus you can only link to whole pages and not to a specific section on a page.
Please Microsoft integrate this properly!

Has anyone come up with a temporary work around using IFTTT or MS Flow?

I am sad to see the latest version of OneNote has lost the ability to link tasks created with the task list in Outlook. Hope you can bring this back.

it should be possible to create a link to a OneNote 2016 site
please add full integration and sync of outlook, todo, onenote and planner and ideally to fully implement the GTD approach.
Add the ability to create a planner task from a onenote entry. It should allow the population of the description to be a url to the onenote entry and the title to be from the title of the onenote page title. A todo tag or a new page in a section trigger. Attempting to use power automate as it exists to fill this gap has almost worked but has not proved to be a usable or reliant solution.
This would be very usefull!

+ 1. We need integration between OneNote / To-Do / Planner.
The scenario is simple: we all use OneNote to take notes during meetings and as we capture Tasks/Actions we need to be able to simply add them into Planner / To-Do on-the-go, so that we don't end up having tasks spread across ou Planner / To-Do on one side, and across OneNote on the other side. This is really necessary please! Thanks in advance Microsoft.
So this idea was initiated 4 years ago, which I think is crucial for Microsoft Teams and O365, but it seems nothing was done since. Well done Microsoft. But don't wonder if everyone else then uses other products like Monday and similar..
