Have a database of tasks and subtasks
Having a set of task predefined (sort of Database of task in a specific status) by the Admin and ready to be assigned to Groups or specific users will help to deliver a project in a fast way.

This is important because when we launch a new franchisee we need to assign numerous tasks to a plan. Adding them individually will be too time consuming.
