I'd like to break up a single tasks into multiple sub items574 votes
We have an initial version of Checklists out for preview. We’re still making some tweaks to it, so let us know what you think so far.
OK, so working out loud is good.... to a limit. Please enable settings that reduce the very high spam content currently coming from planner. Not everyone in the group wants to know ever movement on every task. Enable users to subscribe to various types of events on tasks. Hopefully at some time there will be some consistent settings like priority etc, that can be used as user selectable alert filtering.1,721 votes

Thanks for the feedback. We’ve started work on our mobile apps and will working with the folks working on the Groups App to figure out all the right integration points.
We have sub consultants that we collaborate with on a daily basis. It would be nice to have different levels of permissions to view tasks, edit tasks, and / or create tasks.1,446 votes
We’re working on supporting this in Office 365 Groups in general. Once that’s complete, we’ll support it in Planner shortly after.
I was looking to sync the board with TFS but need a API to do it. Is there a BE API for this or should I reverse engineer the AJAX calls.54 votes
Hello, we have an API available in Beta as part of the Microsoft Graph. Check out this short video for an intro:

Note: you must have Planner preview active on your tenancy to try the API.
If a person has a really long name, the ellipses to remove them are blocked from being selected and the person cannot be removed from the plan.13 votes
Thanks for the feedback, we’re working on the fix, and should have a deployed soon.
Please let a Swede take a closer look at the translation of Planner UI. Especially the windows when you create a new Plan. You cant translate "Create a new plan" to "Skapa ett nytt abonnemang" if you translate it back to English it is like ordering a new phone plan.7 votes
Thanks for the feedback! We received similar feedback from another source as well and are in the process of updating the translations.
