Add ability to view tasks that have assigned due dates in Outlook calendar821 votes
Thank you for your feedback!
As a first step, we have started development on the supporting viewing Planner tasks on an Outlook calendar. This will add the ability to turn on an iCalendar feed (.ics feed) for the “My Tasks” view and for each Plan. You can subscribe to this feed in Outlook to see Planner tasks in context with your other events. Updates on this feature can be followed on this thread: https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/13524084-add-or-integrate-planner-tasks-with-a-calendar
Beyond the iCalendar feed, we will continue to explore our options for adding tasks to Outlook Calendar automatically. We would love to hear more of your thoughts on the following:
-What information from tasks would you like to carry over to Outlook Calendar?
-How many different plans would you like to view on your Outlook Calendar?
-Any specific scenarios or examples of how this would fit into your workflow
I was looking to sync the board with TFS but need a API to do it. Is there a BE API for this or should I reverse engineer the AJAX calls.63 votes
Hello, we have an API available in Beta as part of the Microsoft Graph. Check out this short video for an intro:

Note: you must have Planner preview active on your tenancy to try the API.
If a person has a really long name, the ellipses to remove them are blocked from being selected and the person cannot be removed from the plan.17 votes
Thanks for the feedback, we’re working on the fix, and should have a deployed soon.
Please let a Swede take a closer look at the translation of Planner UI. Especially the windows when you create a new Plan. You cant translate "Create a new plan" to "Skapa ett nytt abonnemang" if you translate it back to English it is like ordering a new phone plan.9 votes
Thanks for the feedback! We received similar feedback from another source as well and are in the process of updating the translations.
