Emails consume too much time and energy. As an email user I want to only view an email once and should be able to reply/forward to a person or Outlook Group/SharePoint Site, schedule a Planner task, and/or archive the email for future reference.2,292 votes

Meanwhile, we are thinking about what the best template experience is. We would love to hear more about specific scenarios you would find templates useful for and what information you would want to carry over between templates. Any examples or ideas are appreciated!
Right now, groups have a 1 to 1 relationship (1 Group = 1 Plan), would be nice for a single group to have multiple plans1,921 votes
