Copy Plan to Existing Group when Users are not allowed to create new groups
With the new copy plan functionality to allow plan copy between groups, we still can't use this due to User group creation being disabled.
Please update the logic to allow plan copying to existing groups even when User creation of new groups is disabled.
12 votesHi all! Thank you for your patience. Everyone should have the ability to copy plans to existing groups now.

Copy Plan to Existing Group
The ability to copy a Plan was recently released (see link below) but this only provides the ability to copy a plan to a new O365 Group. It does not provide the ability to copy a plan to an existing O365 Group. Most people do not want to create a new O365 Group for every Plan they have (Group sprawl). Please offer an option when copying a Plan to either target an existing Group or a new Group based on your preference.
902 votesHi everyone,
We have updated our Copy Plan experience – please try it out today!
This improvement includes the ability to choose an existing group or team to copy the plan into (or choose to create a new group). You’ll also be able to customize what gets copied over. Attachments can only be copied over into existing groups/teams.

Very important: Make "Delete" a 2-phase operation. Now too easy to accidentally delete a bucket!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! In the latest version of the iOS app, when you try to delete a bucket, you should now receive a pop up to confirm the delete before it occurs.

Add "all Plans" with search to the iOS App
In the current version of the only plans with assigned tasks are listed. I need to visit also plans where i have not been assigned to a task.
And in a List "all plans", a search menu would be help to find a plan out of 180 quickly
29 votesHello,
The iOS app now supports Intune MAM and Certificate-based authentication. This does not include conditional access, but this something we are working to support in the near future.

Microsoft Teams integration with iOS App
We really need to see our Planner boards from Microsoft Teams in the Microsoft Planner App! Planner is becoming one of the most used tabs in Teams, and extending that out to mobile is very important!

Even though we have multiple plans per Channel in Teams. Currently can only see a single plan per Team in Planner.
I can create multiple boards per channel and multiple channels per team in Teams but when I go to Planner all I see is one plan/board per Team. I would like to see all plans established in Teams in Planner. OR, at the very least add the Charts functionality to plans in Teams.
27 votesWe have fixed this issue – you should now be able to find all of your Plans (whether created in Teams or not) in Planner.
Thanks for reaching out and supporting this thread!

Integrate Planner with Microsoft To-Do
Please make it possible for tasks created in Planner to sync with Microsoft To-Do, so it is accessible across Outlook, To-Do and Planner.
1,039 votesHello!
We’ve just released our integration with To-Do as a first step towards a larger task coherence initiative.
Today, you can view and edit Planner tasks you’ve been assigned in To-Do’s new Assigned to me list. This is available on to-do.office.com and To-Do’s Windows, Android, and iOS apps.
Here are more details on this integration: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Planner-Blog/Planner-and-To-Do-integration-bringing-you-a-more-cohesive-task/ba-p/553485
Our work in this area is not done, and we’re relying on you to help us decide what’s next, please keep the suggestions coming!
