Need the ability to colour code tasks within the schedule view. Having all tasks and buckets show up as the same colour makes the schedule view very ineffective. You should be able to do the following:

1.) Have each bucket be it's own colour in Schedule view

2.) Have priority items either be their own colour or have some kind of colour indication in Schedule view (maybe with a coloured dot that is red, yellow, green etc.)

Choose time slots (recurring, or just blocks of time every day/week manually) when you want to work. Then, you can drag and drop tasks (or steps in tasks) to those blocks of time (with estimated length of time specified for each task), so you see if you need to add working time, if you were trying to do too many tasks on one day, etc. rather than just seeing them by deadline.

it would be great if the tool allowed us to write down the planned time in hours per task and in the end the system handed out the totalled scheduled time in hours for the whole Project Independent to the calender overview. Because sometimes it would be great to just write down the Hours of a task without planning it to a specific date.

When in Schedule view, either week or month, there should be an area to show past week/months' overdue tasks, in addition to the tasks due in the time frame showing.

When viewing Weekly Schedule, there is no visual difference between a task that goes to the end of the week, vs. one that continues into next week. It would be good to know at a glance that this tasks continues beyond this week.

In the creation of a template, you build a timeline for your tasks by assigning all tasks in your Plan a date. Then when you make a copy of the Template Plan and assign it to a Team, you are asked for a Plan "Start Date" or "End Date". Once either date is supplied and the Plan is copied, all tasks will adjust their dates to reflect the timeline. Having the ability to ignore weekends would be great too.

It would be beneficial to automatically track when a to do item was assigned to a user and completed. This would allow companies to review completed tasks and assess how the assignment distribution through the team could improve. This would be a helpful quality control feature for managers for all size groups.

This would be useful when I export my plan to Oulook, I'd like to have the specific hour in my Outlook Schedule

It'd be great if you could create a preference that allows users to choose whether we want adding a task to the scheduler to a) change the due date, OR b) change the start date. I'd like to use schedule view to plan out what days I'd like to work on different items -- yet keep the originally scheduled due date.

Show the task on all days it's scheduled and have the color labels show on the calendar

Have the test show up for everyday it's scheduled. Also, if the label colors would show up on the Calendar, I could see if some one was already assigned to that day. At least allow options to say if you want the task only to show up on the schedule for the day it starts, due date or entire planned duration.
