Team Tasks View by Colleague into the calendar View
At the schedule View we cannot see the calendar by Colleague, only tasks. It does not reflect the colleague allocation and like in other App (https://www.float.com/) we would like to have it here.

Allow for Outlook Calendar Items to be exported INTO planner Schedule View.
Exporting Planner Schedule to an Outlook Calendar is great, but Planner still lacks some common functionalities that exist in Outlook (repeat tasks being an extremely important one.

Add "Daily" as View Option Under Schedule
Add in a "Daily" view so the options are "Day, Week, Month".

Calendar subscription to Planner should not be Public or Nothing
iCal feed toggle is Publish (to the world) or Unpublish
This is too insecure.
Please add a way to control the realm of publishing.
I should be able to connect Calendars within my O365 org to Planner calendar items without making them visible to the world.3 votes -

When Planner has access to Outlook please include what Bucket the task comes from.
I am a SPED teacher that has to call parents often to gather information. I created one Plan with all my caseload students and they each have their own Bucket. So, when I get a reminder in Outlook to call a parent, I have to access Planner and scan through all the buckets to see what parent I have to call. Please include the Bucket name with the Outlook name

Add scheduled tasks based on days before or after a start date, not a specific date, so that once the start date is added the other due date
Then, when a plan is copied, all dependent dates follow and adding the one date off of which all other tasks are dependent, saves a lot of time. Also, please allow attachments to be copied when a Plan is copied.

Calendar Updates
- PLEASE make recurring tasks. please
- When you date tasks within the same list, the should automatically be listed in order of the dates, right now you have to move them around and it can take forever

Auto-expand tasks in monthly schedule view
When you are looking at the Monthly Schedule view, multiple tasks falling on the same day will have to be manually expanded by clicking on the "+n more" hyperlink.
It would be better if the monthly schedule view could by default show all, and just make that particular week taller to accommodate this.

Schedule View integrated with buckets
In the Schedule view, could be nice to see buckets or labels in the vertical axis and show the task as post its with description and resources allocated.

Re-occurring tasks are needed
I'm posting this as new because obviously no-one ever reads the existing suggestions. Without the ability to schedule re-occurring tasks, what is even the point of this planner?

Have a time component to a plan. How long did the action take and a way to summarize time spent on certain areas

View assignment icon in schedule
I'd like to see assignment of each task in week view so that I can quickly see who is over-scheduled on a given day/week.

Split the Schedule timeline vertically using the Group by data
Ability to use the Group By facility to seperate tasks on the timeline into vertical sections, eg group by "Assigned to", would split the timeline into seperate vertical sections, one for each assignee to give visibility of the workload of each individual team member. group by "Labels" splits the timeline into sections per label etc..,

Language versions to Planner and Calender view.
Language versions to Planner and Calender view. Calender has Sunday as first day of the week. Monday would be better (or at least in our organisation).

Plan sync
It would be great to be able to sync plans. I have a plan that i use across multiple teams and it would be nice to have it auto update

Schedule with zoom feature
It is frustrating that I can see only one task per day in the schedule. It will be very helpful the size of the font or other action could allow to see the complete set of activities!

Only Team members can edit the planner in Sharepoint and/or MS Teams.
Everyone else can view the planer but not edit it. This is important for the people accesing the board, can see the tasks and the status of new ideas, but they themselves can't do any changes, because they have "read/view only" authorization.

Show overdue/late tasks in Schedule View
In Schedule View, please make an option to have late/overdue tasks carry over onto the next day, and continue doing this until they are completed.
I don't want to change the due date, because I want to remember it's overdue. But once the week changes over, late tasks are easy to miss.
