  1. Add additional PowerAutomate triggers

    These would be very useful to have:

    1) When a comment is added

    2) When a checklist item is completed

    3) When a task changes buckets

    1 - Right now, when a comment is added, the notification goes to the group mailbox, which tends to get ignored. I'd like to get a powerautomate trigger for it, so that I could post it to a Team instead.

    2 - For checklist items, if we had a trigger for it, then you could create workflow to notify others that the next checklist item in sequence is ready to be worked, for instance.

  3. Get task by week and Month

    Using the Graph API to get MY TASK by
    * Week
    * Month
    * Open Taks

    Today we can only get My Tasks. That gives you ALL also the completed tasks. After that we can make a filter. When an organization has been using the Planner for some times it is getting extreemly slow. SLOW!!!

    We simply must be able to get tasks by week, month, all and only open

  4. Language Interface in English

    Hi, this morning I found my planner hub in Bahasa Indonesia. I tried to reset the configuration but it still in English (UK). In other apps they are in English but NOT my planner! Please make it sync with other apps in English. So frustating!

  5. deadline/due date should be possible to calculate

    All Tasks Deadlines are based on one Milestone. I calculate all due dates in excel based on a single date. if this date is changing during the project phase, would be nice to change just the single Milestonedate. All due dates should be calculated in realtime

  7. Creating/Adding checklist using the API

    We are creating Planner tasks from two add-ins - Planner Pro nd iGlobe CRM Office 365. It would be nice if we can create checklist when we create a task from the API

  8. conversations pop up in planner

    A pop-up to come up/open on screen for conversations as eg in Facebook chat where one can type in directly rather than opening the the notification javascript to direct to conversation.

  9. Add $filter support to Planner Graph Api

    At the moment even though it validates the fields in the $filter parameter... the graph api does not apply the filter. This means filters need to be applied client side and will be highly inefficient on plans with numerous tasks.

  12. Increase Graph API Permission Granularity

    Requiring an app to have Group.ReadWrite.All permissions to do anything even as simple as creating a task on an existing plan is extremely excessive.

    This violates a cardinal rule of security: Least Privilege.

    It definitely makes sense to make the Graph API permissions for Planner significantly more granular.

  13. Remove limit of 400 items in GET tasks from plan in Graph API

    When making a GET tasks from plan using Graph API it only gets 400 tasks. We already have almost 800 tasks in our plan, but the API doesn't get those.
    The curl we are using is the following:
    GET /planner/plans/{plan-id}/tasks

  14. In Task please provide No. Of Hours it would be great to track No. Of spended on what.

    Generally if we have team who is spending how much time on which task that would be easy to track for company manager and they can easily show to company management.

  16. like to track the activity deadline.

    At present we are able to track the deadline of task, But I like to track the activity deadline. This calls for provision of due dates for each activity and task due date will be due date of activity which will take longest time.

  17. Planner Pro Outlook Addd-in - Adding an Attachment to a task using the API

    We have had many request from customers to the Planner Pro Outlook Add-in to adding attachments to the planner task. When we create a task from the Planner Pro add-in we can copy the mail subject to the task subject and the mail body to the task description (as text). In addition we want to be able to "upload" attachments using the API from the add-in to the planner task attachments field

  18. Wufoo integration/Form integration

    Would be great to have this be an automated software. What I mean is that a person can fill out a form and it autocreates a Basket.

  19. With in a planner, individual plans should be able to have their own set of members. As of now a member is associated with all or no plans.

    Even if a team site has its own Planner, the individual Plans with in it should be customizable with which members you decide should be a part of it.

  20. Allow Planner fields to be set via PowerAutomate -

    Allow the power platform to set the Planner fields of:
    1. Show on card
    2. Add label value and check
    3. Set priority and status fields.

    Ultimately I would collect information via a TEAMS form, then use PowerAutomate to understand those values and set them accordingly on the Planner Card.
